Dr. K, ND has been personal training since 2008. Her background is in Kinesiology and she is a Naturopathic Doctor with a focus in sports medicine. She has experience working with Olympic athletes, fitness competitors and recreational athletes of all levels.
Weight loss, strength training and sport performance are her focus. You may need to start your program with the basics – injury rehabilitation, posture and gait correction. Symmetrical musculature is key for a strong, stable frame! With this, all of her clients can achieve their fitness goals.
