Personal Training:
Complimentary 15 Min Meet and Greet
Initial Session 60-90 Min – $172.00
Second session 60 Min – $120.00
Subsequent sessions 45 Min – $65.00
Initial Session: Go over complete medical history, fitness experience, goals and measurements. Complete fitness assessment.
Second session: Assess posture, arch, gait, muscle imbalances. Decide on type of program desired.
Subsequent sessions: learn safe technique, appropriate breathing, go through the workout program and make adjustments as needed.
Training schedules vary greatly, though here are some common examples:
- For those that want to learn the basics and work independently – Initial session, second session and 3 subsequent sessions. Completed within 2 weeks.
- For those who prefer more guidance – Initial session, second session and 8 subsequent sessions. Completed within 4-5 weeks.
- For those with serious weight loss or sport performance needs – Initial session, second session and 16 subsequent sessions. Completed within 8-10 weeks.
